Marc Fecher is a Specialist Corporate Finance partner in the Corporate Finance Department and a co-founder of Devonshire Corporate Finance Limited. Marc is both and ACCA and ACA and is a CF and an MSI (member of the securities institute).

Marc sits on the Executive Committee of the ICAEW's Corporate Finance Faculty where he was initially elected a member in 2002 and in 2008 was elected as Chairman of the ACCA's Corporate Sector Network.

He has experience of working on and completing a large number of transactions ranging from business sales, acquisitions, management buyouts and management buyins as well as acting for both Fully Listed, AIM and Plus markets companies, having also had experience of trading businesses in administration.

He provides his clients with the experience mix of both Public and Private Company lead advisory advice for both strong performing and weaker businesses of values between £1m to £100m. Marc's main focus is offering strategic options to clients and delivering their stated aspirations, having completed transactions in the following market spaces Industrial and Manufacturing, Marketing Services, Technology, Transport and Distribution, Health Care and Professional Services, Hospitality and Leisure.

His track record of completing transactions on behalf of his clients means that he is regularly asked to speak at conferences and seminars, and is regular contributor to both national and trade publications.
