Mike Hayes joined Kingston Smith as a specialist tax principal in January 2011. Mike has over 27 years of experience in advising businesses and their owners across a wide range of taxation issues. He has particular focus on business structures, corporate and property transactions, share schemes and capital gains tax planning for owner/managed businesses.

Mike is a Fellow of ICAEW, an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation, an Associate of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and regularly lecturers/presents on taxation matters. He has lectured for the ICAEW and CIOT.
