Esther Carder, based at our West End office, joined Kingston Smith in 1995 after graduating from King’s College, and became partner in May 2002.

Esther has responsibility for a portfolio of clients, mainly in the marketing services sector ranging from start ups to AIM listed clients. As well as working with clients on routine compliance such as audit, tax and accounts, she also advises regularly on other areas such as employee incentive schemes, valuations, company restructures, LLP conversions, planning for a sale, due diligence and start up projects.

As well as speaking at seminars and writing articles for the trade press, Esther is involved in the scrutiny of the submissions to the annual PR Week ‘Top 150’ and writes the PR, Digital and Top 50 section's of Kingston Smith W1’s annual survey Financial Performance of Marketing Services Companies. Esther is also the treasurer of Women in Film and Television.
